Welcome to the page
of complaints from Culleré Sala Structures.

This channel is a public access service to report irregularities by any person related to our organization, actions or omissions that may constitute a serious or very serious criminal or administrative infraction.

If you wish, you can file it anonymously. In this case, a unique code is supplied at the end of the process with which you can view its status. The response may take 10 days and once the review period has begun, the deadlines for resolving it vary depending on the type of incident.

The communication may be inadmissible in any of the following cases:

  • When the facts reported lack all plausibility.
  • When the facts reported do not constitute a violation of the legal system included in the scope of application of this law.
  • When the communication is manifestly unfounded or there are, in the opinion of the Independent Authority for the Protection of Informants, A.A.I., rational indications of having been obtained through the commission of a crime. In the latter case, in addition to the inadmissibility, a detailed list of the facts that are considered to constitute a crime will be sent to the Public Prosecutor’s Office.
  • When the communication does not contain new and significant information on infringements compared to a previous communication in respect of which the corresponding procedures have been concluded, unless new factual or legal circumstances arise that justify a different follow-up. In these cases, the Independent Authority for the Protection of Informants, A.A.I., will notify the resolution in a reasoned manner.

If you enter an email and telephone number, we will contact you by that means, otherwise you must return to this page to review its status.

Because complaints may contain personal data of the complainant or third parties, it is necessary that you accept our privacy policy to file a complaint. We guarantee that the information provided will be treated completely confidentially.
